Prepare an editable manuscript and a separate title page following the requirements below.
Title Page
Include the title, ordered author names, institutional affiliations, corresponding-author email and available ORCID identifiers. Keep identifying information out of the anonymized manuscript.
Main Manuscript
Include the abstract, keywords, numbered headings, tables and figures with captions, notes, references and applicable declarations. Use editable tables and provide source images separately.
